Mark Bailey

Mark is an Investment Adviser at Select Wealth Advisers. He first started in the financial services industry over 20 years ago for a short time focusing on life insurance planning.  Then after being out of the industry for several years, and after watching family go through some difficult times due to lack of good financial advice, he started with MassMutual Financial in 2012. After 5 years, Mark left to work with a small ‘boutique’ wealth management firm and decided to study for and become an Investment Advisor Representative and fiduciary. He then found the perfect fit with Select Wealth Advisers and as they say…the rest is history. 

Mark has been a Southern Nevada resident since 1987. After graduating High School, he served a 2 year LDS mission to Seoul, South Korea where he was able to learn the Korean language. He later returned to Seoul for 3 years, working for a trade company as a translator and as English director for several language schools. Upon returning to the US, he worked in the airline and hospitality industries before finding his calling in financial services. In the longer version of the story, he also earned a private pilot’s license along the way. 

Mark and his wife Tiffany have 3 kids. Their oldest son is about to graduate from UNLV with a Film degree, their daughter is in her freshman year at UNLV and intends to become a Physician’s Assistant, and their youngest son is 13 and a prolific gamer and club soccer player. Summer time is their favorite, where they enjoy spending time as ‘lake people’ on their boat out at Lake Mead.
